This notice explains the current landing-page and audit-application data flow. It does not replace customer-specific contractual or legal review.
What we collect
Audit applications contain company and work-contact details, sector, enquiry-volume band, selected channels, CRM information and the operational issue you describe. Optional analytics and advertising data is collected only after the corresponding consent.
Why we process it
Application data is used to assess fit, respond to the applicant, prevent abuse and maintain an accountable application record. Optional analytics is used to understand aggregate journey performance.
Sharing and transfers
Data may be processed by hosting, database, analytics, communication and scheduling providers configured by the operator. A production deployment must publish its exact subprocessor list and transfer safeguards before live acquisition.
Retention and rights
Application retention must be configured against the operator’s legal basis and commercial need. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact route. Requests are verified before disclosure or deletion.
